Please mail a letter to us with the following information:

1. •The one time or monthly amount you wish to donate (please indicate which)
   

2. •Credit Card Number
   

3. •Expiry Date
   

4. •Name on the card
   

5. •Signature of card holder
   

6. •Email Address
   

Your credit card will be charged the amount you have authorized and you will receive a receipt at year end from our Canadian office.

You may also email this information to us at mail@hftn.ro in which case a signature will not be necessary.
